We are looking for a Project Manager – Digital Marketing who can effectively manage multiple client projects while coordinating between internal teams, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how digital marketing projects move from planning to execution and can ensure that all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The selected candidate will work closely with SEO specialists, performance marketers, content writers, designers, developers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality.
As a digital marketing agency, we manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. The Project Manager will be responsible for keeping projects organized, tracking progress, managing priorities, identifying risks, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients.
Apart from project execution, we are looking for someone who can take ownership, bring structure to project management processes, and contribute to improving team efficiency and client satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects across SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, website maintenance, and related initiatives.

Plan project timelines, milestones, deliverables, priorities, and dependencies for multiple client accounts.

Coordinate with internal teams including Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Design, Development, and Account Management to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress regularly and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing changing priorities and client requirements.

Act as the primary coordination point between internal teams and clients.

Draft professional emails, meeting summaries, project updates, and follow-up communication.

Conduct regular project status reviews and ensure all stakeholders remain informed about progress and next steps.

Identify project risks, delays, bottlenecks, or resource constraints and proactively work towards resolution.

Maintain project trackers, task boards, documentation, and reporting systems.

Ensure deliverables are reviewed for completeness and quality before being shared with clients.

Coordinate client meetings, gather requirements, document feedback, and ensure action items are followed through.

Work closely with team leads to manage resource allocation and project workloads.

Track project performance, deadlines, and team accountability across ongoing client engagements.

Support process improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery efficiency and client experience.

2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Marketing Coordination, Account Management, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Website Projects.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Strong project planning, task management, and execution capabilities.

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience handling client communication, project updates, follow-ups, and expectation management.

Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines.

Certifications in Project Management, Digital Marketing, Agile, Scrum, or related fields.
