Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring for the role of Cluster In-Charge / Virtual Technical Assistant to support and manage service operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, smart, and capable of handling a team of field service engineers while maintaining effective communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with service engineers working in the field.
- Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolution of service-related issues.
- Act as a point of contact between customers and the service team.
- Maintain and update data using MS Excel and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor field operations and ensure timely service delivery.
- Provide virtual assistance and technical coordination as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.
