Job Summary
ASH Academy & Ashcorp Technologies are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphics Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for graphic design, mentoring students, and creating engaging visual content for both the Academy and Technology divisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design creative posters, banners, social media creatives, brochures, and marketing materials.
* Create promotional and branding content for both **ASH Academy** and **Ashcorp Technologies**.
* Mentor and guide students in graphic design concepts and industry-standard tools.
* Conduct practical training sessions, assignments, and project evaluations.
* Support digital marketing activities through creative design solutions.
* Collaborate with the marketing and content teams for campaign execution.
* Ensure consistency in branding and visual communication across all platforms.
* Handle design-related tasks and requirements for both Academy and Technology operation
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Designing.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
* Ability to create attractive and professional posters, advertisements, and social media creatives.
* Good communication and mentoring skills.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Willingness to contribute to both ASH Academy and Ashcorp Technologies projects as required.
Preferred Skills
* Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage.
* Experience in training, mentoring, or educational environments is preferred.
