Job Role & Responsibility
We are looking for a confident and proactive candidate who can handle:
- Student counselling (phone, walk-in & follow-ups)
- Explaining courses, colleges, fees, and admission process
- Managing enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Home counselling visits in nearby locations
- School counselling sessions & presentations
- Participation in marketing campaigns, seminars, and field promotion activities
- Supporting admissions team with documentation and student coordination
Required Skills
- Must speak Malayalam fluently
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Email, CRM entry)
- No restrictions for travel (local field work involved)
- Positive attitude, confident personality, and ability to work in a target-driven role

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Idukki, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
