Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller / Calling Executive Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: ₹10,000 per month Additional Earnings: Performance-based incentives/commission Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, explaining property details, following up with leads, and coordinating site visits. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers. - Explain property projects, locations, pricing, and available options. - Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. - Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages. - Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions. - Coordinate property site visits with interested customers. - Share daily calling and follow-up updates with the team. - Support the sales team in generating and managing leads. Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident and polite communication style. - Basic computer/laptop knowledge. - Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi. - Basic English communication will be an advantage. - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Previous telecalling or real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. Compensation & Benefits - Fixed salary of ₹10,000 per month. - Performance-based incentives/commission of approximately ₹5,000–₹15,000+ depending on performance. - On-the-job training and guidance. - Opportunity to develop skills in sales and real estate. Work Location Near Hyatt Hotel, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Note: This is an on-site office-based calling position. Remote work is not available.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
