Job Description – Assistant Manager / Manager - CRM (Post Sales)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer documentation, agreement execution, registration, possession, and handover activities.
- Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle from booking to possession.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home loan processing, documentation, disbursements, and customer payment follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Projects, Finance, Legal, and Accounts) to ensure seamless customer communication and issue resolution.
- Communicate project progress, construction updates, payment schedules, and possession timelines to customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with company processes and RERA/customer commitments.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline CRM processes.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Post Graduate.
- 4-6 years of post-sales CRM experience in the residential real estate sector.
- Experience coordinating with customers, banks, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of home loan processes, banking procedures, loan disbursements, collections, and customer documentation.
- Good understanding of possession, registration, and customer handover processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.
Salary range: upto 5 - 7 lpa
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
