We are looking for a skilled Aruba Wi-Fi/LAN Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise wired and wireless network infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring high performance, secure connectivity, and seamless user experience across LAN and Wi-Fi environments.
- Design, configure, and manage Aruba LAN and WiFi solutions.
- Deploy and support wireless networks including access points, controllers, and mobility solutions.
- Configure and maintain LAN infrastructure including switches and VLANs.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues and provide timely resolution
- Implement network security policies and ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery and network enhancements.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and network changes.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba WiFi and LAN solutions.
- Strong knowledge of wireless technologies (802.11 standards, RF concepts).
- Experience in LAN technologies (switching, VLANs, routing basics).
- Good troubleshooting skills for both wired and wireless networks.
- Understanding of network security and access control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Aruba certifications (ACMA, ACMP, or equivalent).
- Experience with Aruba controllers, ClearPass, and AirWave.
- Exposure to multi-vendor environments.
