What You’ll Be Doing:
- Counsel students & working professionals on career-focused programs
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, virtual & in-person sessions
- Guide prospects through the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment
- Build trust with students and parents through consultative counselling
- Convert warm leads into successful admissions
- Collaborate with marketing & academic teams to improve student experience
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue goals
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ 1–4 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, admissions, or student-facing roles
✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✔ Target-driven mindset with excellent follow-up abilities
✔ Experience in coaching institutes, training academies, or online education platforms is a plus
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
