We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling emails and office correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails professionally.
Maintain records, files, and office documents.
Coordinate with employees, clients, and management.
Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required.
Ensure efficient office operations and assist in general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle emails and official correspondence professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Any Graduate / Diploma Holder
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
