Job Title: Business Analyst – Telecom Domain

Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Telecom domain expertise to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyse requirements, optimize telecom processes, and support delivery of BSS and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Requirements Analysis
Engage with business stakeholders to understand telecom business processes across OSS/BSS, Customer Operations, Billing, and Revenue Assurance etc.
Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support impact analysis for new services, regulatory changes, or system upgrades.
Telecom Domain Responsibilities
Analyse end-to-end telecom workflows such as:
Order to Activate (O2A)
Trouble to Resolve (T2R)
Lead to Cash (L2C)
Service Fulfillment & Assurance
Work on telecom technologies including:
Mobile (2G/3G/4G/5G)
Fixed Line, Broadband, Fiber
VAS, Digital Services
Support initiatives related to network modernization, 5G rollout, cloud-native OSS/BSS, and digital channels
Stakeholder & Delivery Support
Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and IT teams
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support
Assist in data analysis, reporting, and KPI definition
Support change management and user training where required
Documentation & Governance
Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM)
Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., TRAI, GDPR where applicable)
Support solution design reviews and sign-offs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Telecom domain
Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS systems
Solid understanding of telecom processes and KPIs
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
