At Zion Dzine, we believe great interiors are brought to life through the perfect balance of design, lighting, and execution. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects from concept to completion while mentoring a growing design team.

The company is on the threshold of execution of multiple projects and is urgently in need of experienced designers and design assistants for its design studio. The Profile of the candidates is briefly as follows:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead various lighting design projects from concept to execution.
- Develop creative lighting design concepts, lighting mood boards
- Prepare detailed execution drawings for lighting
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, automation agencies etc.
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present design proposals confidently.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, finish schedules, and cost estimates.
- Perform site visits to ensure design quality, execution standards, and timely project completion.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and review their work.
- Stay updated with emerging materials, brands, finishes, lighting technologies, and design trends
Required Skills
- Strong design aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of lighting design aspects and criteria.
- Expertise in technical detailing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Profile:
- Leadership and ability to prepare and monitor lighting design drawings for various projects
- Ability to comprehend technical drawings and schematics received from the clients and making layouts in AutoCAD per concepts received from Client.
- Remuneration mentioned is indicative, it will commensurate with qualification and experience of the candidate and shall be in line with the best in the industry.
