Job Summary
Tapasya Project is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage high-rise residential and commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, billing, budgeting, quality control, team management, and timely project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee billing, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost control activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Review drawings, technical documents, and project reports.
- Monitor material procurement, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues during project execution.
- Ensure effective coordination among all project stakeholders.
