Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, consultants, and references.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with departmental heads.
- Support joining formalities and employee induction programs.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift data.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs.
- Verify overtime, attendance corrections, and leave entries.
- Support preparation of MIS related to manpower and attendance.
3. HR Documentation & MIS
- Maintain employee personal files and HR database.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and monthly MIS.
- Update HR records including confirmations, transfers, promotions, etc.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation compliance.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- BBA / B. Com with specialization in HR may also be considered
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
