OPEN POSITIONS1. SALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Ability to handle client inquiries and site visits
- Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
- Experience in real estate sales preferred
- Knowledge of the Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and client inquiries
- Conduct project presentations and site visits
- Follow up with potential customers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate and close property deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
2. SALES MANAGER – REAL ESTATE
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to guide, motivate, and drive a sales team
- Target-driven with a proven history of achieving results
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Local market knowledge of Zirakpur/Tricity preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets
- Handle high-value clients and support deal closures
- Develop effective sales strategies
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads and site visits
- Drive revenue growth and overall project sales
