Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Handle property-related work both inside and outside the office
- This role involves both indoor and outdoor responsibilities; candidates should be comfortable handling all office-related tasks accordingly
- Visit banks for cheque submission and other official tasks
- Maintain records, documents, and reports systematically
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendars
- Handle internal communication and support different departments
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and MIS data
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic procurement
- Support site-related coordination and documentation
- Ensure smooth functioning of office processes and resolve administrative issues
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and ChatGPT/Gemini
