Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the role of Light Direct Sales Associate (DSA). The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting lighting products, meeting dealers and customers, generating sales opportunities, and achieving business targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dealer shops and customer locations regularly
- Promote lighting products and explain product features
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Submit daily activity and sales reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age below 25 years
- Minimum 50% in SSLC, PUC & Graduation/Post-Graduation
- No active backlogs
- Interest in field sales roles is mandatory
- Bike mandatory for field visits
- Candidates from Davangere or nearby locations preferred
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Customer relationship management
- Willingness to travel locally
