- Experience: 1 to 2 years preferred experience in Health, Beauty & wellness industry.
1. Checking rooms and Machines and look at it that are kept clean without any dust.
2. Checking all therapist timings, dressing, grooming, dressing up
3. Phone calling and keeping records of calls made
4. Checking housekeeping performance
5. Balance payments follow up
6. Check whether gauze sterilization is done properly
7. Calling Botox patient’s after 2 weeks of treatment done and then again calling Botox patient’s after 6 months of treatment done.
8. Calling Filler patient’s after 2 weeks of treatment done and again Calling filler patient’s after 6 months of treatment done.
9. No abrupt holidays.
10. Filling Feedback form & taking Google reviews
11. Checking daily appointments, calling patient confirming and reconfirming them
12. Maintain discipline, achieve cost reduction, maintain internal quality index (IQI), high level of hygiene, stock control, promote various products of clinic, ensure healthy bottom-line.
13. Ensure complete filling & completion of formats, timely generation of MIS reports at clinic level, ensure total guest satisfaction
14. Ensuring timely & responsible opening & closing of the clinic.
15. Maintain CRM, hygiene & cleanliness in the reception area.
- Skills | Abilities: Knowledge of the hospitality industry, computer proficiency - MS Office, Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujrati & Marathi. Good communication & presentation skills & Customer Relation Skills a must.
- Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Pleasing personality with good communication skills ensuring high level of customer satisfaction with Knowledge in Sales.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
