Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily showroom operations and staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve showroom targets.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Manage inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in retail/showroom management (Home Decor, Furniture, Lifestyle, or related industry preferred).
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and billing software).
