We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and development teams, to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver value. - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for new features, systems, and processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, use cases, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and to support the design and development of appropriate solutions.
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in developing test plans and test cases, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and facilitating effective communication.
- Assist in project planning, scope definition, and risk management activities.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in business analysis to recommend improvements to methodologies and tools.
