Key Roles and Responsibilities
Managing the Reception Desk and all registers/records. Ensure anyone coming to Awfis is welcomed with warm greetings & smile.
- To ensure that VMS (Visitor Management System) is accurately updated for all new visitors.
- To know about all important clients at AWFIS and ensure that they have a memorable experience each and every time they come in contact.
- To ensure that the Meeting Room bookings is always kept updated and is aware of all meetings happening at AWFIS.
- To accompany all meeting room client to their designated meeting rooms & help them in connecting to internet.
- Ensuring a new Sales lead is welcomed with warmth and introduced to the CM for a show around..
- Vendor Invoice management.
- Data Entry and Administrative Tasks. Tracking of Electricity Meter Reading/DG Readings etc.
- Concierge Service.
- Double check of In/out entries of capex equipment & supplies.
- Tracking of AMC/Licenses renewals at centre.
1-3 years’ experience in Hospitality/Aviation Industry.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software, communication tools, and tech equipment.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
- Familiarity with coworking environments and the flexible workspace industry is beneficial.
