In-Store Merchandising Promoter
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused In-Store Merchandising Promoter to ensure excellent visibility, availability, and promotion of P&G products in retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product displays, arranging shelves, monitoring stock availability, and supporting promotional activities to drive product sales and brand presence.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper display and visibility of P&G products in assigned stores.
- Arrange products neatly on shelves and maintain display standards.
- Monitor stock availability and report out-of-stock products.
- Replenish products from the store room to shelves following FIFO practices.
- Execute promotional activities and ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Support sales growth by improving product visibility and customer awareness.
- Maintain good relationships with store staff and customers.
- Submit regular reports on merchandising and stock status.
Qualifications:
- 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Basic communication skills in the local language
- FMCG or Retail experience is an added advantage
