Overview
PENNEP is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client's team in the spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing team tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining effective communication across departments. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive task completion efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track tasks assigned to different teams and departments.
- Follow up regularly with team members to ensure timely completion of work.
- Collect daily/weekly updates from teams and prepare status reports for leadership.
- Manage and maintain leadership calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Organize internal meetings, prepare agendas, and record action items.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and operational teams.
- Maintain records, documents, and reports related to operations and administrative activities.
- Handle email correspondence professionally and respond to routine inquiries.
- Assist leadership with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
- Monitor pending tasks and escalate delays or issues when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or Administrative Executive.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent email drafting and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and task management abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the automotive, spare parts, or industrial sector.
- Familiarity with task-tracking or project-management tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
