Technource is seeking a Team Leader – NestJS + Next.js / React.js to lead full-stack web application development using modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks. You’ll drive scalable architecture, mentor a development team, and ensure smooth DevOps integration for high-traffic, production-grade systems. Strong backend expertise in NestJS is a must, with frontend skills in Next.js or React.js.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with NestJS (Node.js + TypeScript) for building scalable backend services.
- Experience in building full-fledged web applications — not just backend APIs or internal tools.
- Expertise in Next.js is highly preferred. React.js experience is acceptable if the candidate can confidently adapt to Next.js.
- Proven involvement in projects with high traffic, real-time use, and production deployment.
- Practical understanding of DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment, server setup, monitoring, and basic cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and establish high coding standards.
- Strong understanding of modular architecture, clean code practices, and secure system design.
- Comfortable in Agile Scrum workflows with sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills — must be confident in team/client interactions.
- Exposure to AI tools or agents for code writing and review is a plus.
- Experience or basic familiarity with frontend stacks like TailwindCSS, REST APIs, or GraphQL is advantageous.
- A growth mindset with ownership of deliverables and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
