We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations, drive admissions, handle team performance, and ensure overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales orientation, and operational management experience in the education or training sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Maintain discipline and professional work culture within the branch.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
- Support counselors and sales team to improve performance.
3. Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate academic counselors, trainers, and admin staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Ensure productivity and accountability of staff members.
4. Academic & Student Management
- Ensure quality delivery of courses and student satisfaction.
- Monitor batch scheduling and faculty performance.
- Handle student grievances and escalations effectively.
5. Financial & Reporting
- Monitor branch expenses and profitability.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions, collections, and attendance.
6. Business Development
- Develop partnerships with colleges, institutions, and corporates.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Identify new opportunities to increase branch revenue.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
