We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Swimming Teacher to provide high-quality swimming instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment while helping students develop swimming techniques, water safety awareness, and confidence in the water.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups. Teach swimming techniques, strokes, breathing methods, and water safety skills. Assess students' abilities and monitor their progress. Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons. Maintain pool rules and emergency procedures. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students. Keep accurate attendance and progress records. Communicate effectively with parents and management regarding student development.
Requirements: Certification in Swimming Instruction (preferred). Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Proven experience teaching swimming to children and/or adults. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required. Passion for teaching and promoting water safety.
