Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising restaurant and food & beverage service operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth workflow, and adherence to hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant and F&B service operations
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Monitor table setup, service quality, and hygiene standards
- Assist in staff training and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and hotel service standards
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Professional grooming and service orientation
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service operations
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hotels, resorts, fine-dining restaurants, or banquet operations
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant billing procedures
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
