Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Execution to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of electrical projects across various locations in Tamil Nadu.
The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, resource management, client coordination, quality and safety compliance, cost control, and timely project completion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing electrical projects from mobilization through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of electrical projects across multiple sites.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource requirements.
- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Monitor project budgets, billing, cost control, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits, project review meetings, and progress assessments.
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and execution-related issues.
- Track project milestones and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress and status reports to management.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.
- Ensure successful completion of projects within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of electrical project execution and site management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage project teams and site personnel.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and execution methodologies.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Good understanding of electrical safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Strong client, consultant, contractor, and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work across different locations in Tamil Nadu.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- PMP certification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on project leader with 10–15 years of experience in electrical project execution, capable of independently managing site teams, contractors, clients, schedules, costs, and project deliverables while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
