Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our cake shop team. The role involves assisting customers, managing orders, and delivering a pleasant service experience both in-store and through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and understand their bakery requirements
- Guide customers in choosing cakes, pastries, and customized products
- Accurately handle orders from walk-in customers, phone calls, and online platforms
- Coordinate with the baking team for custom orders and delivery schedules
- Manage billing and accept payments via cash, UPI, and card
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and display area
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain daily records of sales and orders
- Ensure proper packing of cakes and other bakery items
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass
- Good communication skills in the local language; basic English is preferred
- Friendly attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of billing systems or willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work during weekends and festive periods
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in a bakery, cake shop, or retail customer service role will be an added advantage
