Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst with strong experience in Data Governance, Business Analysis, Data Management, or Product Analysis.
The role will support regional markets in establishing and strengthening Data Governance Councils, conducting research and analysis, gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, tracking governance initiatives, and preparing roadmap and reporting materials.
The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills, along with a good understanding of data governance concepts.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Governance Council Support
- Support markets in establishing and operating Data Governance Councils.
- Prepare meeting agendas, discussion points, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Track council decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of governance activities.
Governance Operations
- Work with market stakeholders to understand and prioritize data governance requirements.
- Support role mapping for Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Data Custodians.
- Monitor governance initiatives and track progress against agreed objectives.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and areas requiring additional stakeholder support.
Research & Analysis
- Research data governance best practices, frameworks, and market operating models.
- Analyze inputs received from different markets and identify common requirements and support needs.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable documentation.
- Prepare analytical insights to support roadmap and governance decisions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain governance trackers, action logs, status reports, and documentation.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and review materials.
- Document governance processes, templates, operating models, and market progress.
- Support preparation of roadmap artefacts and governance updates for senior stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Data Governance, Business Analysis, Data Management, or Product Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working with enterprise or regional stakeholders.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
