Job Description:
Lead and manage the overall digital marketing strategy for the organization
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) with a focus on improving website ranking and organic traffic
Ability to plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking
Drive lead generation and brand visibility through digital platforms
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Oversee company website performance, SEO, and content strategy
Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies (especially for industrial/manufacturing sector)
Analyze campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team
Coordinate with sales, design, and management teams for marketing initiatives
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media)
Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Experience in B2B / industrial marketing preferred
Leadership and team management skills
Qualification:
MBA (Marketing) / Graduate in Marketing or relevant field
Experience:
5–7 Years (with team handling experience)
