- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure a positive first impression of the organization.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate appointments, client meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth visitor management.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team by coordinating client follow-ups and maintaining basic customer records.
- Assist in preparing client documents, presentations, and marketing materials whenever required.
- Maintain office reception, meeting rooms, and common areas in an organized and presentable manner.
- Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and ensure inventory is maintained.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and client data
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
