Job Overview
Vriddhi Landmart Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Marketing to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be target-driven, and have the ability to achieve team and organizational goals.
Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 8–12 marketing executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure their achievement.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate business.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and high-performance standards within the team.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–6 years as a Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in handling a team of 8–12 members.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
