- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and audience segments.
- Develop audience targeting strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing dashboards.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency.
- Implement AI-driven marketing strategies using automation, predictive analytics, audience intelligence, and smart bidding tools.
- Work on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve brand visibility across AI search platforms, voice search, and generative search experiences.
- Utilize AI tools for ad copy generation, creative optimization, campaign forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Manage first-party data, attribution models, and audience segmentation for advanced personalization.
- Coordinate with teams to align growth and acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm updates, AI marketing innovations, and emerging digital marketing tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Google Ads Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads Google Analytics / GA4 Google Tag Manager Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI search behavior, and conversational search trends.
- Experience with performance creative testing and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, remarketing, and customer journey analytics.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for scale. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
