Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate incident response efforts to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools to streamline operational tasks.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to incidents promptly.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and identify root causes effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies to support scalable deployments.
- Skilled in scripting and programming to develop custom solutions and improve system reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
