Job Description
As a Technical Support Representative, you will support e-commerce merchants by handlingclient queries through live chat and email, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance related to product listing and ad management solutions. You will also gain exposure to digital marketing and advertising platforms such as Google and Facebook..
Key Responsibilities:
● Communicate with clients via live chat or email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and
offer technical support.
● Provide timely assistance and resolve queries related to our Products and App’s
functionalities
● Learn and work on domains like e-commerce and digital marketing.
● Gain exposure to various advertising platforms like Google and Facebook, Pinterest,
Instagram, etc.
● Interact with e-commerce merchants to understand their needs and provide effective
solutions.
Requirements:
● 0-3 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Enthusiasm for learning e-commerce management and digital marketing.
● Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
● A practical approach to problem-solving.
● Internet proficiency, including experience or knowledge of online shopping functionalities.
Work Hours & Rotation Policy :
● Working Days: 5 days per week
● Working Hours: 9 hours a day, including a 1-hour break
● Shift Timing: Rotational shifts based on business requirements
○ Example: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
○ Example: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
● Weekly Offs: Rotational week-offs may apply
○ Example: Saturday & Sunday
○ Example: Monday & Tuesday
● There are no night shifts.
