Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and well‑presented Sales Representative with strong knowledge of TPA/Insurance/Corporate Panels to support hospital business development, patient acquisition, and corporate tie‑ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with TPA, insurance companies, corporates, and referral partners.
- Coordinate panel‑related activities: empanelment, documentation, renewals, and compliance.
- Visit nearby clinics, doctors, corporates, and community centers for business promotion.
- Generate patient leads through field visits, networking, and relationship building.
- Support hospital branding, outreach activities, and community engagement programs.
- Maintain daily reporting (MIS), visit logs, and follow‑up records.
- Assist in smooth coordination between front desk, billing, and panel departments.
- Represent the hospital professionally during external meetings and events.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of TPA/Insurance/Corporate Panels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and target‑oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of hospital processes and patient flow.
- Proficiency in MS Office / hospital software preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate (Any stream).
- 1–4 years of experience in hospital sales, marketing, or panel coordination.
- Field‑work readiness is essential.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance.
- Incentives/allowances as per hospital policy.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
