Position
Holiday Consultant
Salary
₹2.50 Lakhs – ₹3.50 Lakhs per annum
(Based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry will be a distinct advantage.
Work Schedule
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Sunday – Weekly Off
Key Responsibilities
- Design and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries.
- Book hotels, sightseeing tours, transfers, cruises, and travel insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer's journey.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Desired Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
- Experience using travel portals or GDS systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for travel and attention to detail.
