As a Performance Marketing Manager at Webscicle, you will be the strategic backbone of our paid media division. You won't just manage budgets; you will manage client success. Your core mission is to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns that generate measurable revenue and high-quality business leads for our B2B and B2C clients.

Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other programmatic networks.
- Quality Lead Generation: Shift focus away from vanity metrics (impressions/clicks) and target high-intent audiences to deliver verified, high-quality inquiries and sales leads for our clients.
- Client Strategy & Communication: Directly interface with clients to understand their business goals, translate them into media plans, manage monthly ad budgets effectively, and present clear ROI performance reports.
- Funnel & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work closely with our internal web development and UI/UX design teams to build high-converting landing pages, optimize user journeys, and fix lead-leakage points.
- A/B Testing & Data Analysis: Deep-dive into Google Analytics 4 (GA4), heatmaps, and platform dashboards to run structured tests on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Competitor & Market Research: Monitor industry trends, track competitor ad strategies, and identify new growth opportunities or untapped marketing channels for our clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles. Prior digital marketing agency experience is highly preferred.
- Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager is mandatory. Solid experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a massive plus.
- Lead Gen Mastery: Proven track record of running successful lead generation campaigns with a deep understanding of lead scoring, custom audiences, and lookalikes.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert-level understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion tracking setup, and building scannable client reports via Looker Studio.
- Creative Eye: Ability to brief copywriters and graphic designers on high-performing ad creatives based on past campaign data.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to confidently guide clients through data and retain accounts.
