- Qualification - ITI or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
- Experience - One to three years experience in property maintenance
- Should worked as an electrician in maintenance of electrical equipment Lighting, power, UPS, Fire Alarm system and devices, Basic AC knowledge - split Ac unit, Cassette AC, Package AC units.
- Reading observation, daily checklist update, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance, Basic safety.
