Key responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with menu selections.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly.
- Promote special offers and new flavors.
- Staff Management:
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of ice cream scoopers and other staff members.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Motivate and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operations Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ice cream supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ice cream machines and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the store, including food preparation areas.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations.
- Financial Performance:
- Track sales figures and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Manage labor costs and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budget targets.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local health codes, and safety regulations.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and other key metrics.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cafe Manager to oversee all aspects of our cafe operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, operations, finances, customer service, and menu planning, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Work to improve profit margins through efficient operations and cost control
- Order supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Manage cash handling and banking procedures
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Build customer loyalty through personalized service and promotions
Vendor Relations:
- Coordinate withs suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and ingredients
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene regulations and procedures are followed
- Ensure licensing and employment laws are followed
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in cafe or restaurant management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
