- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ice cream supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ice cream machines and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the store, including food preparation areas.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations.
- Financial Performance:
- Track sales figures and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Manage labor costs and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budget targets.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local health codes, and safety regulations.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and other key metrics.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cafe Manager to oversee all aspects of our cafe operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, operations, finances, customer service, and menu planning, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Vendor Relations:
- Coordinate withs suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and ingredients

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in cafe or restaurant management
