Job Summary
As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for counseling prospective students regarding various online degree programs, understanding their career goals, and guiding them through the complete admission process.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable programs.
Explain course features, eligibility, fee structures, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Handle admission-related queries professionally.
Follow up regularly until admission closure.
Assist students throughout the registration and documentation process.
Maintain accurate CRM records after every interaction.
Meet daily productivity and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing.
Build long-term relationships with students.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
