Job Title: MIS Executive

We are hiring an MIS Executive cum E-Commerce Reconciliation Specialist to manage and audit e-commerce logistics and financial data. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in e-commerce operations and be responsible for cross-checking shipment, logistics, and remittance data to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-check shipment data with logistics partner panels.
- Reconcile COD remittances with company bank statements.
- Verify shipment charges, RTO charges, weight reconciliation, zone-wise charges, and other logistics billing.
- Identify discrepancies, revenue leakages, and process gaps between logistics accounts and bank remittances.
- Maintain MIS reports related to shipments, remittances, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Track pending invoices and coordinate with logistics partners for timely submission.
- Audit logistics invoices before processing payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Operations, and E-Commerce teams to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and MIS reports.
- Suggest process improvements to reduce reconciliation errors and financial losses.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce MIS, Logistics Reconciliation, or E-Commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with logistics partners and courier panels.
- Strong knowledge of COD reconciliation, shipment reconciliation, RTO, weight disputes, and logistics billing.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF formulas, data validation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, or D2C brands.
- Experience handling logistics partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, DTDC, etc.
- Able to identify loopholes, discrepancies, and financial mismatches in logistics and payment data.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of handling large volumes of operational data.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Zirakpur, Punjab (Zirakpur, S.A.S Nagar District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
