Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Senior Associate – Front Office to oversee daily front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will manage reception activities, coordinate with internal departments, handle escalations professionally, and support junior front office staff while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front office and reception operations efficiently
- Welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle phone calls, emails, appointments, and walk-in inquiries
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out or visitor management processes
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain front desk records, reports, and documentation accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, administration, HR, or operations teams as required
- Supervise and guide junior front office associates/reception staff
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the reception area
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment needs
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in front office, reception, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in hospitality, healthcare, corporate office, or service industry environments
