About the Role
MapleCloud Technologies is hiring a creative and driven SMM Intern to help grow our brand's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing within a fast-paced IT company.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content — posts, captions, reels, and stories
- Schedule and publish content based on the social media calendar
- Monitor comments and messages, and engage actively with our audience
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Support campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives
- Track key performance metrics like reach, engagement, and impressions
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team on content execution
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (a plus)
- Willingness to work on-site from our Noida Sector 63 office
