Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Conduct daily rounds, monitor vital signs, and evaluate inpatient progress.
- Clinical Duties: Diagnose and treat conditions, administer medications, and perform procedures such as taking blood samples or intravenous therapy.
- Emergency Response: Provide urgent medical attention to patients, staff, or visitors and handle last-minute emergencies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, complete discharge summaries, and comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized university.
- Licensure: Valid registration with the State Medical Council.
- Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, ability to handle emergencies calmly, and effective communication skills.
- Experience: Ranges from 0–3 years for junior roles to over 5 years for senior positions.
