Lead design and development of AI/GenAI applications

Own architecture and performance of GenAI systems

Design advanced agentic workflows, tool orchestration, and RAG systems

Review GenAI application architecture, prompts, and code

Mentor AI engineers and conduct technical reviews

Work with stakeholders to convert ideas into scalable AI solutions

Drive best practices for LLMOps, observability, reliability

7+ years experience in application engineering / AI engineering

Strong hands-on experience building production GenAI systems

Deep knowledge of:

Strong Python + backend engineering skills
