Position: Site Incharge
Reporting to: Head Land Operations Corporate Office
Location: Adoni, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Position Summary
Coordinate and manage project planning, execution, and commissioning within stringent timelines, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating with aggregator for private land acquisition
- Internal scrutiny of land documents
- Establish title clearance of each land parcel
- Coordinating with legal team, both site and corporate office for internal legal clearance
- Coordinating with survey team for carrying out field survey and preparation of survey sketch required for land registration
- Coordinating with land aggregator for registration and mutation of land parcels
- Coordinating with survey team and aggregator to obtain sub-division records.
- Coordinating with land aggregator for submission of application for NA conversion
- Supporting project development team for implementation of project till commission
- Supporting OEM/WTG erection team till installation and commissioning of WTG
- Handling all ROW issues for smoother execution of the project
- Support logistics team in movement of WTG equipment, cranes, power transformers etc. reaching zero point/WTG location from the nearest state or national highway
- Coordinating with HR & Admin team at site on day to day site related admin and HR activities.
- Supporting all other internal departments in completing the project activities at project site
- Handing over the land to O&M team
- Maintaining MIS reports
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in renewable energy or project management would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, project management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in diverse geographical locations and adapt to challenging project environments
