Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, fabricators, and dealers.
- Promote the company's door and window frame products to prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with production and installation teams.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new projects and business opportunities.
- Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Promote products through exhibitions, trade fairs, social media, and local marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and construction companies.
- Assist in creating brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Support digital marketing initiatives to generate leads.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Provide product information and technical guidance to customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement suggestions to management.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.
Key Skills Required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of door frames, window frames ,steel, or construction products.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to read basic architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Relationship-building and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
