Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Finishing Carpenters for interior projects. Candidates should be capable of carrying out final finishing works, adjustments, touch-ups, alignment corrections, and handover-quality finishing for modular furniture installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final finishing and detailing of installed furniture.
- Check alignment of shutters, drawers, channels, and hardware fittings.
- Carry out touch-up work on laminates, edge bands, veneers, and panels.
- Rectify installation defects before client handover.
- Ensure premium finishing standards on wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, and customized furniture.
- Coordinate with QC and Site Supervisors for snag closure.
- Handle minor carpentry modifications at site.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in furniture finishing and interior fit-out works.
- Knowledge of laminate finishing, edge banding corrections, and hardware adjustments.
- Ability to identify and rectify finishing defects.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Good understanding of modular furniture installation standards.
