- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of civil construction projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address schedule or cost deviations.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and company standards.
- Oversee procurement planning and vendor/subcontractor management.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Lead project meetings and resolve technical and contractual issues.
- Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Manage change orders, claims, and contractual correspondence.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
